На мой взгляд самая простая схема это собрать мост на ir2153. Но все же пришлось немного повозиться... Итак нашел схему:

Как оказалась она полурабочая для 12 вольт. и для 24 тоже. выше не проверял)) Пришлось подумать в конце концов своей головой. В итоге косяки нашел и исправил:
~~[attachment=0]~~BridgeIr2153.png[/attachment]

Работает прекрасно

Видно отсутствие дидтайма.

Передний фронт около 1 мкс, задний фронт около 2 мкс. Используют оптроны 4n35, поэтому фронты такие:) По даташиту вообще среднее 7 мкс, так что у меня крутяк. Сами транзисторы (2n2222) высокочастотные, фронты менее 50 нс
